Job Specifications

Care Worker Job Specification

Assist service users with morning routines including getting up, dressing, washing, and toileting.
Managing household tasks such as grocery shopping and laundry.
Preparing and serving meals punctually.
To promote and encourage service users to maintain as much independence as possible.
Administer oral and topical medication under the supervision of medical personnel.
Offering mental and emotional support.
Providing care plan recommendations to both family members and healthcare personnel.
To aid service users with mobility issues and other physical disabilities.
Prepare light meals and plan a healthy, nutritious menu for service users.
Organising appropriate recreational activities for the patient.

Due to the nature of domiciliary care and the locations of some of our service users, candidates with their own car are preferred.
